Conference Submission 2020

FORMATTING

All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings or journal, which will be distributed to delegates during the Conference. Each paper is limited to 8 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged. Please follow the ICECME 2020 Conference template below.

Conference Paper Template (DOC)

After a careful reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, all accepted and registered papers for the ICECME 2020 will be published in one of the following Conference Proceedings or Journals.

All Papers: International Conference Proceedings by IoP (ISBN: 978-1-4503-8822-1), which will be archived in ACM Digital Library, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
Selected Papers: Defect and Diffusion Forum (IJBBB, ISSN: 10120386, 16629507), which will be index in SCOPUS Q3 Journal.

PUBLICATION ETHICS – PENALTY AGAINST PLAGIARISM

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Addendum: For those authors who don’t expect any publication, you’re welcomed to submit the abstracts to us and present your papers at the conference without publication.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by Electronic Submission System.
Any question, please contact mech@unsyiah.ac.id. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

PAPER PAGE LIMIT

Regular Papers: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchase Extra Pages: Extra pages may be purchased at USD30/per page.
